Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule in LESS THAN a week before your appointment - please contact us at admin@frediprochoda.com. Rescheduling: You may reschedule with no loss of funds one week (7 days) or more before the scheduled time. If you request to reschedule LESS THAN 24 hours before the scheduled time, this will be considered a cancellation and no refunds will be given. Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to one week (7 days) before it is scheduled and receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before your scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
